walang ganyan in real life...sa aking 12 years na experience sa security, mas mainam na ituro sa ating mga security guard ang Customer Service at Human Relations...kasi andaming security guard na hindi marunong makipag-usap o makipagkapwa sa ibang tao lalo na yung hindi nila amo o empleyado ng mga pwesto nila...yung iba nga, napasuot mo lang ng uniform at baril, akala mo kung sino na...hindi man lang marunong bumati ng maayos sa tao...at Stress Management...kasi namakastress ang pagiging security lalo na kapag napunta ka sa mga pwesto na hindi lang bantay ang security...kasi ibang client mas gusto nila na ang security, kumikilos at nag aassist, which is hindi naman scope ng trabaho, pero nagiging extended effort...yang tatlo na yan..

3. Stress and Anger Management
yang Gun Safety, hindi naman lahat ng pwesto kailangan armed ang guards..siguro dapat prerogative na yan ng mga Agency na maghire sa kanila...based sa pwesto...dapat may specific training para sa Gun Handling...
At tsaka karamihan sa mga security, hindi man lang marunong magsulat sa Logbook o journal...

Just a tip lang po when it comes to putting back your firearm to your holster, always master and improve the "No look" technique and be familiarized of it.. pag dating sa safety gun handling always double check your chambers and hammer down your guns before putting it to safety to avoid unnecessary accidents that might lead you to injuries or worse.. salute sainyo sir and godbless.. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I can’t agree with this. I been carrying a gun for a little over 17 years; both personally and professionally and never had a negligent discharge. Carry a firearm without out a round in the chamber is like not wearing a seat belt and telling yourself that you will have time to put on the seat belt just before the accident. Proper training is a must. While you load and make ready, I would be sending rounds down range at the target. But you do you.

We have 12 year old boys with more hunting and shooting experience than virtually all of your police.
