Pretty cool to find this video/ I was looking for information because I was looking into my ancestry and it mentioned Doggerland.
Haplogroup: H1 was my DNA: H1 appears to have been common in Doggerland, an ancient land now flooded by the North Sea.

Some eight years ago, in the autumn of 2012, I wrote a short alternate history scenario set in 1901 AD, but in a world where Doggerland never ceased to exist. To say the entire history of Europe developed very differently and was unrecognisable from our 20th century perspective would be an understatement. While it wasn't a very long story, I really liked the strange setting that emerged from it.

really cool video I was looking for info into my haplogroups I tested positive for : R1B1B2A1A1D on paternal and H1 both very common in the Doggerland, I still can't find what ethnicity my haplogroups belong too though.

@ArcheoMoonwalker Thanks for this. I am aware of many of those sites, however I wanted to keep the discussion 'local' to the North Sea fringe. I could have mentioned middens in Spain for example, however I exceeded my self-imposed 4 min limit as it is haha.

HAD MY GENES DONE AND ON MY MOMS SIDE IT SAID IT WAS COMMON IN DOGGERLAND 13, 000 YEARS AGO AND THEN IT SHOWED SOUTHERN NORWAY. GUESS THAT'S IT. DOGGERLAND WENT UNDER AND THEY WALKED TO SCANDINAVIA.
