I was 260 9 months ago. Lost my girl and confidence because of it. I weighed in at 194 today feel very good but still need more work. You, the twins, , Patty, Alex, Caseyfit like the whole young fitness community has been amazing motivation for even us older people so keep going and don't listen to the trolls that are just jealous. Thank you for what you do and the inspiration to regain my self-esteem.

So glad you posted this, even after I’ve started my weight loss knowing it works for others helps. I’ve worked out and have been active since 2015 but not this active. Recently went from 250 to 275 around 2021. All 5 tips you gave, I sort of had to figure out on my own but as I got comfortable figuring out a healthy diet plan it became easier. 5 great tips that DEFINITELY helped me lose weight, I’m currently now at 230 6’1. Feeling a lot healthier and lighter, another tip that helped me was some comfortable shoes to walk in. Makes for getting those steps in a lot easier. Y’all stay sexy and continue being consistent in whatever (your) journey is! 🙌🏽🔥

Wanted to share the difference of eating 6 small meals vs 2-3 large meals in a single day based on a study. There was no metabolic advantage in either one. Those who ate more frequently noticed elevated levels of hunger. I’ve tried both in my years of training and dieting and found that eating 2-3 large meals kept me satiated longer and I wasn’t tired or lethargic from digesting food all day. It’s good to test both to see which fits your lifestyle better! I prefer less time eating. Hope this helps!

i was at my worst about 2 years ago at roughly 330lbs. i had slowly grown to hate a lot of junk food i loved so much so cutting that out helped me drop to 280 like it was nothing. broke up with my ex on canadian thanksgiving, had a month where i wasn't able to do anything but once i stopped feeling sorry for myself i got to work. right now i'm consistently holding 220lbs by cutting out simple shit and doing simple exercise (10k steps a day, 60 pushups and 30 situps). i plan on getting back to the gym once i'm confident in my ability to keep myself full and satisfied after eating. i've always had an issue with feeling hungry soon after a meal (i literally ate 2 hours before writing this and i am hungrier than before i ate) and end up snacking at times i really shouldn't be. i know if i stay disciplined i'll be happier with what i've accomplished, but also knowing that if i can do this, i really can do anything.

when i make chicken nuggets i dip them in beaten egg, then in some breadcrumbs/flour, then in the pan. i put a couple tbsp of olive oil in the pan then fry them up. the end result is crispy consistent breading
