Road Rager Brake-Checks After Getting Honked At

This guy was driving in Canada, when he was cut off by a reckless driver. After honking, he was brake checked and he ended up swerving and jumping the curb to avoid the collision. He then chases down the road rager and gets their license plate before reporting it to police.

Cammer is a fool. The merge was fine but he felt the need to blast his horn excessively while laying on the gas so he could tailgate the guy. Then he has the brass neck to play the victim when the road rage he initiated didn't go well for him.

Wow, the cam driver must be a biker. He does the exact same thing as bike riders do when they 'think' they're being cut off. This guy was not cut off.

And I’d make sure the cops get their insurance and make them pay for the damage. If they don’t have insurance, take them to court. There are pro bono attorneys out there that won’t charge you if you don’t win your case and will only get paid when you win. I’d ask the judge to make the defendant pay ALL your legal fees. That way, you don’t have to pay an insurance increase if they don’t have insurance. Just get the rental car and damages and legal fees returned via garnishing the defendants wages if necessary.

as always, this 100% could have been avoided if the dash cam driver had just slowed up a bit. The red car did NOT 'cut him off', dashcam driver had plenty of room to slow down. He's the a-hole.

cammer was at fault for his own damage along with making false statement to police. my dad always said if you have time to honk you got time to break. he way over reacted like a entitled asshat

to me it looks like the dashcammer would be found at fault pretty easily. all the guy in the red car has todo say he had to brake for the cyclist or that the honking made him suspect there was a problem so he stopped. then its all the cammers fault for not keeping enough braking distance and then well chasing him down like a madman trying to run him off the road.
