No need for that, just let them go !!! You don’t know what kind of hurry they in, they might be sick, may be their job is on the line or may be his family is in danger . …………There is multiple reasons someone wants to pass you.

Reminds me of a silly confrontation on a local highway where two lanes merge into one and the speed limit drops drastically especially when school is in session.

As I am slowing I see two fully loaded work trucks coming up behind me, each refusing to yield to the other till the last minute. The loser is very angry. At the end of the speed zone, the lanes split again and highway speeds are allowed, but I need to slow for my right hand turn. The winner of the first contest is keeping pace with leaving the angry loser tailgating me very closely. I make my turn much at a much faster speed than I would have liked, and they continued on trying to run each other off the road.
