What I really love about the Redhood Comic is that Batman goes on a full blown tangent about how the Knife cut his Grapple cord.
And
Utility Belt.

That’s when I found out that Bruce used every bit of knowledge and money to build the best gear humanity had to offer and put his own twisted spin on it to survive almost everything.

I love the fact that he throughly lost his shit because of a knife.
It meant that the laundry list of people that knew about Bruce and Batman just got a lot shorter. And he still didn’t have a clue.

In the animated movie he figures it out studying Redhoods fighting techniques and vocals.

In the comics. It’s not that easy for him.
He fully didn’t accept the possibility that Jason was alive until he took off the mask.

One thing i would like to point out involving its cutting potential. Batman it was red hoods knowledge that allowed him to cut that wire. Batman did say "You know many knives that can cut my wires?" Elaborating that there arent many. Batman also said "He knew exactly when to strike so he could cut my wire" meaning it had a tension weakness point
