Sal finds the inverse of g(x)=(2x-1)/(x+3).

High School Math on Khan Academy: Did you realize that the word "algebra" comes from Arabic (just like "algorithm" and "al jazeera" and "Aladdin")? And what is so great about algebra anyway? This tutorial doesn't explore algebra so much as it introduces the history and ideas that underpin it.

The 1 in your answer should be negative, so

x= (-1-3y)/(y-2)

I solved it a little bit different. The first time I got x=(3y+1)/(2-y), the second time x=(-1-3y)/(y-2).After substituting y with different numbers, both functions had the same x outcomes. Are the two function equations correct in this case?
