Hey, I'm the owner of GMI Holsters and I wanted to say thanks for the mention in your video! I also wanted to mention that the WE Desert Eagle does not actually fit my holsters UNLESS I know beforehand that its for a WE Tech. The real steel is actually significantly smaller in width and a few odd dimensions that make it so that a holster for the real steel is insanely tight for the WE, even with adjustment. I do make them for the WE Tech all the time, just hit me up before buying one so I know you're rocking the airsoft version and I promise the fitment will be 100x better!

I'm an airsoft enthusiast who's looking for new kit after being out of the hobby for several years, and I remember there used to be a dearth of actual reviews and tech vids of airsoft replicas online. It used to be if Booligan didn't do a review of a gun you were interested in, pretty much all you would find was 5-10 min unboxing vids. It's so great to see people actually reviewing these replicas down to the part with real, experienced observations and insight. Thanks for actually doing the leg work to help enthusiasts make informed decisions and get the most out of their replicas.
Taking a gun out of the box, shooting it a few times, and reading bullet points from a manufacturer's product description doesn't count as a "review" IMO. People reviewing any kind of product could take queues from you guys. Nice work!

We desert eagle is a later product so it benefit from the experience of making crummy guns for more than ten years
My Marui desert eagle keeps breaking parts and looks and feels really bad being plastic so WE is a legitimate best choice for desert eagle in my opinion

The EMG QD Desert Eagle Holster is a direct fir for both the standard and L6 WE Tech Desert Eagles without attachments.
Also, the Hogue rubberized grip fits but you need to file down the back piece that screws together to fit in the frame tab as well as the retention tabs on the inside similar to the alumigrips.

Out of the box, that baby ca hop up to .40g BBs easy and develops 1.7 Joules (red gas) with unbelievable accuracy. Like this, it will pair up perfectly with an APS shotgun.
I use it with my Striker12 which is CQB worthy on most fields here. When I have to take a shot above 30m i just pull out the good old chrome dingus and take it. Its very fun and capable.

I have the Desert Eagle l6 from Cybergun/WE in the Golden Tiger stripe pattern and I just love it. Now all it needs is some nice real wood handles and it will be perfect! ❤😍🇺🇲💪🏽

On pictures where you have all seems to me that real desert is smaller you look part of slide with markings, on airsoft ver its like 1.5mm wider than the real steel. 2. Front of a gun....slide on receiver, you can notice 2mm gap on real vs 5mm gap on we you confirm that airsoft ver is ticker-taller than real or i need glasses. Tnx...

Hello Mr. Enterprises, I don’t know if you’ll see this, but what was the process to make cuts on the rail functional? I’d like to do it on mine but I don’t know what sort of equipment I would need and I don’t want to botch it.

I use silicone Mr Hop and ML Concave nub in this monster, standard inner barrel is garbage, 138mm Crazy Jet is perfect for L6 (in L6 the outer barrel is pass-through, dont know about mk19 ) recently I installed a precision zci barrel (240mm) and masked it first with a silencer, currently with a muzzle brake (because the compensator on the barrel is not enough XD) . On 0.4g bbs range and accuracy getting close to dmr results on this set. And i installed rmr plate and SRO on slide, don't ask why ;). Tactical as hell...

Honestly, in the real steel world, the only use cases ive personally seen for the desert eagle (note excluding a funny concealed carry gun as that not a thing in my country) is for use in bear or cougar country out in the bush back when semi auto large bore handguns were harder to find, but now with the 10mm glocks and 1911s that function far better and for far less, the guns now mostly a novelty unless youre in an IPSC division that allows it, but it may be too large for most divisions requirements.

Asxfor airsoft well, a few companies make them full auto and that just says its purpose right off the bat, fun gun is fun.
