I think that this collection of hand made garments is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Your colour palette is just divine.

You are amazing! Not only did you make so many, and sometimes complicated things, but they all seem to coordinate and look amazing just hung up. I usually see someone who sews or someone who plans wardrobes, but never together
like this.

Ohhh Janelle… the coats, the knitted items, the dresses, the pants, the top, the quilt ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I love them all too! Haha sooo hard to choose but I think this year my faves are the pink coat, the knits and the large collared items! Have a well deserved break.. we’ll miss you! Wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday period. Stay safe and well! Much love, Sonia. Thanks again for ALL your inspiration and sharing your beautiful makes and patterns.

Your "vintage" pattern choices are a trip down memory lane from my 20s and 30s. I remember making a top with a 5" wide color that fit over a lapel-less houndstooth suit jacket. Your dress made from two vintage fabric was pieced, rather than being quilted. Quilting is the process of putting a batting layer and sewing it between the outer fabric and a backing. You could fix the exposed skirt zipper by sewing a facing behind the top layer of the right side, and moving the zipper farther to the right. You could then extend the left side with a narrow strip of fabric behind the (moved-over) zipper. I wonder if you would see the asymmetrical seam on the buffalo plaid dress if you had cut the bodice out on the bias of the fabric, or alternatively, placed piping along that seam (maybe even in a contrasting color). It's nice to see sewing making a comeback! It's easy to see your enthusiasm.

Love everything but the 2 coats are amazing. Using a blanket is very clever.

WOW wow. Love the style of your clothes. Congratulations! So beautiful and original. Thank you so much for sharing. A challenge for you would be to do some upcycling. Maybe old items that have a rip, stain or just don’t fit anyone but some of the fabric or notions can be reused… I bet you would be able to create amazing new clothes or accessories. I believe in you 😉🎉

The blanket coat is such a statement you wouldn’t find in shops. Looks like something you’d see on a runway.

The patchwork dress is stunning and looks like it is from a high end shop.

The pink coat. I love it so much I would never take it off. Not even at the beach.
