It is grown by Marcel, Connie & Alex de Wit at the Chilli Factory at Morrisett on the New South Wales Central Coast.
It's rated at 1,463,700 Scoville units (the official measurement of chilli heat) and has been certified as the hottest chilli in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records.
This is the sort of chilli that will burn your hands just by touching it and is certainly an acquired taste.

Just a small thing, "chili" refers to the stew as the short for of chili con carne; "chile" refers to the fruit. At least here in the US it does. I don't know about y'all Aussies.
