One of the best relationship books out there that I think everybody ought to read is The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman. It's phenomenal. The five love languages he talks about are : Quality Time, Words of Affirmation (saying nice things), Gifts, Acts of Service, and Physical Touch.

Just like there are five love languages in a relationship, there are nine love languages that great entrepreneurs learn how to speak with their teammates. I'm going to cover that here with you today.

"we need you" gives the other person responsibility and opportunity to make an impact, recognition is needed to make others feel appreciated, praise people which is different than recognition because it is more personal and is done for good work, cast a vivid vision of the future, dreams coming true goes along with the vision, allowing feedback and involvement, being able to bring down a person from their pedestal, listening and just giving your thoughts as they come
