This time I have added and improved a few things on the sawmill, found an old sawmill in the woods, and milled some CCA treated “green” power poles

Interesting feed system. Requires a very long bed. Super even cuts tho. I like seeing the different engineering solutions. Nice.

I'd redo the saw on a carriage and mill logs twice as long....maybe. Works good though.

Blade is too loose? bobbing up and down on the far side.

Nice clean job regardless:) If mine comes out half as nice I'll consider it a victory:) I'm headed to look at a 25hp diesel twin here shortly. Did you say you're using a inch and a quarter blade? How much time were you getting out of them? Still pulling or did you put a feed on it?

Blade is way to loss you can see it moving up and down put some blade guards on you only have so many limbs just saying
