Well I see the few people ask how much were directed to call you instead of telling them the price. Thats where you lost me, and I mean that. I'm watching reviews on mills before I order tonight and you had me until I seen that.

That tells me that even you think your price is absurd and you need to get people on the phone to convince them it's worth it. I'm sure losing me as a customer won't make you bat an eye, but I'm sure I'm not the only one that changed their mind because of this. Transparency and a little altruism go a long ways in business.
