Thanks for the great video! I would say the biggest pro for real estate investing is leverage. It's also the biggest risk so it can be a con if things go badly.

Reits will definitely be an interesting sector over the next 12 months. Personally just use a low cost etf for the real estate sector of my portfolio!

Awesome! Thanks for clarifying some points for me! I currently own a house and a condo for investment (i.e. Rental). I asked in your video about REITS as I was wondering if I should just forget the hassle of tenants and go heavy on REITS at this time as the Dividend Yield for a lot of them is much higher than pre-virus times. Also just wondering if your portfolio is dividend heavy or Growth heavy or somewhat both? I am currently trying to shape my portfolio and would love to get some feedback as to your opinion on which route would be more lucrative in 20-30 years.
