Are hindges supposed to be outside or inside? To me hindges outside is a security issue.

Plumb refers to something being straight up and down, or truly vertical. It is used to describe walls, among other things.
Level refers to something being straight from side to side, or horizontal. It is used to describe surfaces like floors.

This door is mounted backwards. The metal weather strip at the bottom goes outside not inside. Most important is the SECURITY strip that protects the latch is INSIDE when it SHOULD BE OUTSIDE!

The door is designed for the hinges to be on the outside. It is not backwards.

Door ain’t backwards… or else people would be able to unscrew the door from the outside. The hinges can’t be taken out like a regular door either
