The foot traffic is not bad at all; they only need to welcome tenants for restaurants, fast food outlets, hypermarkets, hair salons, urgent care facilities, veterinary clinics, pet stores, and other establishments to turn it into a one-stop shop as they do in Asia. That certainly wouldn't be an empty mall.
This mall has such great potential if they keep doing it right.

Not your normal boring mall we see everywhere in America. This mall seems to be comparable to those in Asia, where everything can be found there, including entertainment, personal care services, and food courts. Banks and government services that might bring it closer to the people are not present. I have no doubt that this mall will survive. How has the parking been thus far? I hope the prices are reasonable.

I waited and waited for this mall to finally cut through the crooked NJ politics and actually open…….then when it did I was disappointed. What a flop…….

I predict this mall will be dead and closing within 5 years. Not impressive. They charge for parking, have minimal seating for seniors and/or tired shoppers, and the layout is ridiculous. Decor is gaudy and overdone too. Everything here is way overpriced too.
