Thank you. ... I was unable to resolve a conflict between two friends after a year of diplomacy as mentioned in the video. One friend demanded I side with him and discontinue my association with the other, then dropped me as a friend when I was unwilling to agree. Sad, for a moment, but no problem. He just opened a door to a new friendship on my integrity level which will be worth a lot more in the long run.

Unless someone is being hurt, I leave them to it. I'll defend those who are obviously outmatched or being abused but, for the most part, I stay out of conflicts. Disentangling from an argument is sometimes more effort than getting involved is worth.

I think im a sigma, most videos about it are close. But I avoid conflict, until u bring it to me than its all out war. And I will go psycho. I know myselve so I try to keep that side down but once I flipout ill take anyone out. And in a brutal way. Its like a deamon gets into me. Im getting older so now I have the wisedom to hold myselve back. Im married that changed a lot. But if it was just me im in deep. Thats why I can handle myselve but used to get into trouble with the law when I retaliate.

I think I'm alpha in debates but Sigma in physical conflict. I wouldn't back down from a position on a conversation on an opinion, and not afraid to be neutral or upset people, but if its a physical dispute I'll do everything to neutralise it by deescalating, avoiding, and staying calm
