Weird how during gameplay swinging and web shooting with the symbiote his webs are black but still uses the mechanical web shooters when they should be the normal white web color. There’s a scene in the Kraven mansion where Spider-Man actually uses the tendril for a second

For the prophecy one, in Cletus’ monologue he does explain how he heard rumors about the symbiote being some sort of healing process and could make him unstoppable, and based his prophecy off of it

The best explanation for miles is that he was too far away that venom was already done with kraven by the time he showed up

1# This scene is actually trying to show that getting hit by the eletric staff will deactivate the players gadgets, which require the webshotters to be used. Aside from that, Peter does use the tendrils and his webs indeed turn black, but it can be hard to see in some lighting.
2# You can find books showing Cletus prophecys in his missions, and they are all right, which is really cool if you play them as soon as you can. In one them he mentions how the folls beacon would bring pain for those around him, and in another he talks about the "demons" arrival. The cultists were also trying to conect devils breath and sandmans attack to the prophecy, and one of them told him about the symbiotes because they worked at Oscorp, so them looking like the demons he talked about is likely a coincidence.
4# The hunters arrived when Venom was still inside Oscorp (probably because they were tracking Spider-man), so the whole thing likely happened to fast for Miles to arrive

The symbiote it's just disguising as a suit, mimicking the function of a web shooter. It also does by not talking to Peter. Later in the story it doesn't need to hide anymore

If you pay attention, the symbiote suit makes his own webs because when peter wears it's, his webs are symbiotics
