'Our relationship is rock solid', Biden assures Sunak at Downing Street meeting

Rishi Sunak has received President Biden in Downing Street this morning as they try to smooth over differences on Ukraine in preparation for a Nato summit this week.

Sunak raised British concerns over the US decision to supply cluster bombs to Ukraine as well as a desire for Kyiv to join the western defensive alliance.

I noticed that as the conversation finished in the garden at Downing Street, there was a woman's voice shouted out more or less as a pre-arranged signal, ' Thank you cameras'. They obviously did not want the President being filmed getting out of the chair.
