Lex Luthor is my favorite villain. Perhaps my favorite character, such a great dichotomy, were it not for his obsessive hate of Superman, he's basically a darker version of Tony Stark. I even get my head shaved referring to it as getting my Lex Luthor done.

I always loved seeing Lex either teaming/being a member of the Justice League. Proves he truly can be a great hero. Crisis on Two Earths, JLU finale and Reign of The Supermen are some of my favorites.

I like the stories where Lex is a good guy, not really when he's a super hero, so his clashes with Superman are just the idea of a man being able to stand up to a God.
He doesn't want Superman to save the day, he wants a normal man to be able to. Most of the time it's normal villainy, but I like it when he's not really a bad guy he just wants to prove we don't need a Superman.
