Beetroot Hummus 🤤 So quick, easy and yummy!

All you need:
- 2 Beetroots
- 400g can of Chickpeas
- ¼ cup Tahini
- ⅓ cup Olive Oil
- Juice one Lemon
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Salt & Pepper
- Carrot sticks to dip
*Blend up the ingredients until smooth

Save this for later and enjoy the goodness! xx

And a secret ingredient… 1 Tbs Nordic or Greek yogurt… I make hummus or houmous, depending on your preferred language spelling, very often; and you can also replace beets with figs, red peppers, even pumpkin, etc. xx
