I love Michael's bad era hair. Especially when he had a ponytail. I'm really not a fan of the straight hair looks he had in the 2000s. I just love him in curls.

it always makes me sad how his hair got damaged. for african americans, our hair is our crown. it must have been devastating to keep losing it, and then struggle with the pain for the rest of his life. but regardless, this man was so attractive, whatever hairstyle he wore. from the afro to the short curls and short straight hair to the long curls and long straight hair, he was beautiful up until he left us.

My favorite Michael Jackson hairstyle is his jheri curl from the Thriller era. His black tuxedo with the pink shirt and red bowtie from the Billie Jean music video immediately comes to mind, and so does his red jacket with the blue shirt from Beat It, and the red jacket with the red pants from the Thriller video.

I always wondered what Michael would’ve looked like if he had embraced the natural look again during the 90s and 2000s but this time with locs . He could’ve styled it to have the same aesthetic as his curls. I love this episode by the way! Michael’s hair is one of my favorite things about him.

Michael’s Afro was so fluffy. I never knew that his hairpiece was tattooed permanently on his head.
Despite the burn from Pepsi in 1984, I liked his Jheri curl hairstyle throughout the 80s. He was also handsome with straight hair.
