1. Replace everything in his room with a cardboard replica. Lot of work, and need somewhere to put all his stuff.
2. Fill every container you can find with water, put paper on the lip, turn upside down, place in his room, remove paper. Basically impossible to remove without spilling the water everywhere.
3. Put balloons behind everything with a door, and tape pins on the doors so when it's opened, it pops the balloon. Can also use airhorns.
4. airhorn taped under their office chair.
5. Put lube on everything?
6. Balloons to the ceiling.
7. replace jelly-filled donuts with mayonaise-filling.

You could:
Cover the room in photocopies of your face
Cling film everything but THEN buy spray paint and paint the whole room pink
Use string to turn his room into a cats cradle like web
Cover the entire floor with snap bombs (small prank bang things)
Cover the room with the bee movie script
Fill the room with waterbombs.
