Steamed Fish & Okra, with Shrimp.

This Steamed Fish and Okra dish is embellish with juicy flavorful shrimp. This is quite an easy and extremely delicious and healthy dish.

**Ingredients**
Fish ( cleaned)
1 dozen okra
1 Carrot
1 tomato
1/2 cup pumpkin chopped ( optional)
3-4 gloves garlic
1 small onion
1 whole scotch bonnet pepper
2 twig scallion & thyme
3 pimento peppers ( for flavor)
4 leaves broad leaf thyme
Fresh parsley (optional)
4 tbsp butter ( or coconut oil)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp seafood seasoning ( or fish seasoning)
1/2 tsp salt ( add more if needed )

Instructions

Wash and clean fish with limes

Chop all the seasonings and veg

Over medium heat, place a thick pot, add butter and all the seasoning and veg, sauté seasonings and veg for about 2-3 minutes

Add about 1/2 cup water to sautéed seasoning and vegetables

Now add fish to the pot, cover under low heat and allow to cook for about 8 minutes.

Now add the seasoning shrimp, cover and allow to cook for another 4 minutes, now remove lid and add more salt if needed

Try not to overcook shrimp.

Turn heat off and serve.

Goes great with Water Crackers, Bammy, mash potatoes.....
