I eat 3 eggs at a time sometimes 3 times per week and my cholesterol is normal. Without eating eggs I feel sluggish

Half of a green Banana, one more egg yolk, half slice of heavy rye bread good boiled sausage, pour real pure Flax oil or Pumpkin oil .

I used to eat this way trying to lose weight but it just didn't go together. I still eat banana and blueberries but with eggs grits bacon and either biscuits or toast sounds like a more delicious way to get my breakfast carbs and fats. YUM 😋

Cholesterol is not the problem. Your body makes it, sends it out to be used everywhere throughout the body and returns what's not needed very efficiently. It's the other things you do that interfere with that normal process.

Lowering blood pressure is important. Lowering cholesterol should not be a goal. It's necessary for good health.

WRONG. Working out does not mitigate the negative affects of carbs. I calculated once (mechanical engineer) that to run up Mount Manitou requires about ONE cookie. The rest of the carbs just get stored. Many athletes who carb loaded when young have found this out the hard way. Happened to me. If you want energy that lasts, eat protein and fat and only a little carb for quick energy.

Mastering v diabetes .2. doctors recomnend Carbs fruits. To lower bloodsuger and bloodpressure. They have diabetes 1 both of them
