The Key to Surf Guitar

The classic surf tone (aka Dick Dale) is running a spring reverb into an already overdriven amp, in this case the Echo Fix spring reverb into my Marshall amp. If you care about the surf sound, putting the reverb in your amp's FX loop will only mess it up. #guitar #reverb #surf #shred
