well, purpose built "student" accommodation is very expensive (as can be seen on that website). Unless you have parents who pay everything prepare to do jobs all the time when not in university to pay for your rent/bills/food. looking on the free market might come a lot cheaper but like she said in the video can give some hurdles when looking/searching from abroad.
