Bank of America allows it’s account holders to login and conduct banking transactions online in addition to checking their account balance. This feature is only available to those who have enrolled in online banking.

To simply check your account balance an account holder may call 1.800.432.1000 from Mon.-Fri. 7 a.m.-10 p.m. or Sat.-Sun. 8 a.m.-5 pm
