I found out that you do not have to hoop the shirt with the mesh also. Just hoop the tear away only then float the shirt with fusible poly mesh over the hooped tear away. And pin it down. It will come out great. :P

Could i use a medium iron on stabilizer in stead of SF101 interfacing on fabric? Project already has No Show Mesh Cut Away Stabilizer in the hoop

Sorry I am a bit confused, I’m guessing the fusible is between the poly mesh and the TShirt, so after you cut away the poly mesh, does or should the area around the appliqué or embroidery on the TShirt still have fusible stuck to it?

what is the name of the sulky version of fusible backing? so far i have sulky cut away medium, sulky tender touch, but i'm missing a sulky version of kimberbell's fusible backing. looked all over, but it keeps referring me to stabilizer, which is what i already have, i want fusible backing to add body to the fabric >.< thx

It would be great to know what brand you prefer. Years ago I read on the topic and tested a few mesh stabilizers. Some seems to shrink more than others with the heat. I finally found a brand I like Inspira but would love to know what else works great.
