How to Install Python 3 on Windows 10

This video will show you how to install Python 3 in a custom directory, configure PATH environment variable for Python 3 and PIP3 to work on Windows 10. It will also show you how to configure Python installation to support having multiple versions of Python on the same Windows machine.

This same process will apply for Python installation on other Windows versions.

A few days ago I installed Python using custom installation as I wanted to customise the folder location. Fortunately I hadn't ran through any problems until yesterday when I wanted to install Pygame; hours I would spend working my way through tutorials getting nowhere except lines of error.

After trying several times again today, I decided to uninstall and install Python to see if that would make a difference... It didn't. By chance I stumbled across your installation tutorial, which opportunely consisted of the steps needed when customising the Python installation including editing the environment variables; something I didn’t do! Making the correct adjustments and following your tutorial I managed to run Pygame successfully.

Got an error in cmd "failed to create process"
