State of Bihar & Another, 2021 SCC OnLine SC 955, wherein the Hon’ble Supreme Court discussed whether a person who has been declared as an absconder or a proclaimed offender under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) is entitled for grant of anticipatory bail or not.
