Can I file my anticipatory bail application directly before the High Court?

What if the applicant have a strong case for anticipatory bail but the advocates denies to take the case or represent as it won't be a long term earning source for them so, instead insists waiting for FIR to be filed then they take up the case for Bail?

if there is threat to life in that state, and i can not avail certified copies... how and where can i apply for bail, my surety has backed off due to threat... if i get a new surety, s/he will also be threatened

Our neighbours falsely registered FIR against us of section 308 due to civil case they are trying to pressure us with the help of false criminal case so that Civil case can go in their favour by extortion...Main accused got normal bail from High court in 1month charged with 308 .. Will co accused get anticipatory bail by session court on grounds that main accused already got normal bail from High court

If high court has already granted bail in favour of the petitioner who directly approached High court without exhausting his remedies, then can at later stage the court cancell the order

Hello sir ek plot hai meri daadi g or unke 4 son k name s !!! Meri daadi g 2005 m expire ho chuki hai ! Unhone maukhik roop s ek bete ho pura plot de diya hai jo ki mere pita g hai ! Ab 2020 m unki death ho chuki hai !! Ab 3 bhai ab apna hissa maang rahe hai !! Chuki approx 32 year s ek kabhi 10 rupees b kabhi spend nhi kiya or na hi ajtk dekhne ko aaye !!! Ess case me kya ho sakta hai !! Ab humare par mentally pressure de rahe hai hissa k liye ! But humlog ko hissa nhi dena hai !! Or ek condition ye kah rahe hai ki aap log 2005 k rate s plot le but ess baat par agree nhi ho rahe hai !! So ab kya kare
