Bro that rice size comparison really puts into perspective how difficult your job is.

Crazy. Well done

Man paid 375$ for a broken steam deck when he couldve bought a new one for 399$.

That dude broke it then sold it for nearly the price of a new one. What a boss.

That must feel great when you fix something that somebody thought it's unfixable... Mission accomplished 😎

I repair hearing aids. Micro electronic repairs will show you what true patience is.

I dont know if I should be impressed or worried that they manage to break something like that when replacing an ssd

Great repair
I'm also impressed by the alien artwork of the dried super glue when viewed sideways.
Very nice

Shopping for SMD components: “Oh for sure I could solder that!”
Working with SMD components: “Damn… maybe it’s time for glasses”

It's been out for less than a year, and the insides look THAT damaged?! Just what the heck are these people putting them through???

At first I was impressed of how you fixed something so tiny. But then you brought out the rice comparison. That's just amazing

If I need to perform surgery on rice, I know who to call. Amazing work as always.

Wow, I remember long time ago when I was watching your videos, I was saying this guy is only an assembler. No microsoldering no real repair how he got famous. I was jealous:). Now you do microsoldering like a pro. You repair nearly all the dead devices that come to you. This is the meaning of hard work. You are an amazing sample for young people. You should be proud of yourself. I enjoy every single of your videos.

always a pleasure to see beautiful stuff getting fixed instead of thrown away

Props for fixing it.
Does now my mind how much people can sell broken things for. Even more so when they botched the repair.

100%. Rice for scale on more of these micro soldering jobs. The perspective is sick.

My hands are too shaky to fix stuff that small, massive respect to the amount of precision you were able to do this with

It’s takes some experience to be that clean on such a small scale. I want a soldering setup like that.
