The screen protector and textured touchpad stickers are the only thing that make sense. Everything else is goofy. You can easily fix stick drift with an electronic cleaner, and that fan will only cause more internal dust.

There is an inexpensive modification that most modern controls can easily receive to completely stop stick drifting and that is something known as a hall effect sensor. This modification is cheap and easy and doesn't void the warranty.
