I'm currently experiencing problem with router connections. I asked customer service for some help and all recommendations didn't work. For instance use 2.4ghz channel, use Ipv4 only, reduce firewall, check cabling, check internet speed and if works fine, and more parameter, but problem with connection to WiFi still there and nothing I can do much to fix because Ezviz is not able to supply the correct parameters to enter in my router setting. In other words, this item is useless without be able to access the App. Any suggestion? Thanks
