Hi and welcome to the channel!

So I have the new snowflake Blackbay 37 homage from San Martin in for review today.
Check out the review and let me know your thoughts in the comments section down below!
What do you think of this from San Martin?

Mine is the SN021B-2 model, but shortly after releasing this model, San Martin released the SN021B-3. This is very similar, and I’ll leave links to both watches for you to check out!

You can visit the Sanmartin Store on AliExpress here:

I ordered this from Ali about 2 weeks ago and looking forward to wearing it. I already have their vintage subby and their blackbay 40mm homage and love them both.

These are a real showpiece for San Martin, they are nailing just about everything now.
Would love to see a head-to-head with an actually Tudor BB36.

Really enjoy your reviews! I'm waiting for my "B-3' version with the flat black dial to be delivered, and I'm hoping this is the 'perfect' everyday watch for me. I like all but one of the updates from the B-2 version, including the standard 4 hole clasp and just love the gilt dial with the printed logo (much less distracting on wrist than the applied logo), but, I don't understand why the B-3 version doesn't have the cap on the hands. Thanks again for your fantastic reviews, I really love your style.

They finally nailed it! I've had that explorer 1016 homage and even though quality was great, something just felt off about it. Maybe it's truly impossible to do a perfect homage to a historical piece. As always, thanks for the review Chris!

Ordered in 11/22. Got old box, no tool or tag. But, new version comes with 4 micro adjustment on clasp. PT 5000 is actually impressive, but there’s a ghost position! Overall very nice on sale at $295 US.

they have since discontinued this model they have a version 2.5, it comes with a larger clasp and not seconds had cap. I have a feeling that this version 2 is now being sold with the version 3 case, which has a thicker bezel, but I am not able to confirm that.

Excellent review Chris! From my standpoint it's puzzling why San Martin offer all kinds of colours except for a blue one (not tiffany) which would make most sense and would certainly make me buy one.

I'm glad I watched your review. I received mine a couple of weeks ago and I checked the screws and 2 or 3 of them were not fully tightened. I haven't really been wearing mine much. The bracelet is just a bit short on me (it came on the shorter clasp). I ordered one of the longer clasps and that should do the trick.

I just discovered your channel, great reviews! It looks like I'm a 9:48 day late and a dollar short tho; is your channel still active??

Excellent review of an attractive watch. Not sure about 20 mill lugs with 37 mill case as sometimes the strap can overwhelm the watch. - would have preferred 18 mill.

I am waiting on the blue to arrive because I already have plenty of black dial watches. Nice review
I like some of the newer colors but they also thinned down the lugs to 19mm which makes them worse for playing with different straps.

Mine (gilt hands) came today, excellent little watch, but the lugwidth is 19mm!
Screws were indeed a bit loose, so tightening them is necessary.
San Martin gave me the option for either the small clasp or the larger clasp, so no problems there

If they made a 39mm version with these dial/indices proportions (and the B-3 gilt) I’d have to buy one.

Hello!

I recently bought a San Martin and I noticed a few things about it.
It's about the SN021-g b2 in black. According to the manufacturer, the bandwidth should be 20mm, but it is 19mm and no its not with the printed logo. I also noticed that the manual winding does not work smoothly. As soon as you set the time and I push in a notch, the minute hand shifts quite a bit and there is also a strong resistance that doesn't make it easy to push in.
It's not my first automatic watch and I've never had this problem with any of my others. I still have 2 years of warranty.
I have written to San Martin several times but nothing has come from their side and their phone number does not exist. Where should I turn? and how to fix the problem?

Thank you and best regards

Just arrived mine today, it was superbe. I have Hamilton khaki 38 and this is nothing to complain versus it. Also mine arrived with clasp with 4 hole to blaclet adjustment

Sold my Smiths Everest a few weeks back and this is on the list as a replacement, the only problem is I already have 3 San Martins lol and don't want my collection to be all SM's :) It does look lovely though, some great shots mate

Hey dude, what do you think about pt5000 ? I have seen many reviews where the sound is horrible when hand wound. Is nh35 better?
