Clones from the template of Jango Fett are superior, as they were not bred and trained in a hurry, but rather were trained to be the ultimate warriors. The Morgukai had only one thing going for them, in my opinion; namely that they were trained as assassins and Jedi killers rather than soldiers, whereas very few clones from the Fett template were trained in such a manner.

I feel like the one thing that held Fett clones back, was that they were human clones. Imagine if they were a species far superior. Granted, they made up for this with extreme training, genetic changes, and humans are a more common race in the Star Wars galaxy, so also familiarity.

EXCEPT that Jango and soon after Boba were the most dangerous bounty hunters, single fights, and assassins of the time.. An so the Republic Clones were still the best. Just cuz it's harder for Jedi of the Old Republic to beat them don't mean they wouldn't or couldn't. An Extremely powerful, very well trained and aggressive Jedi like Anakin and Mace and even Yoda to an extent probably could've cleaved right through large numbers of them with relative easy
