According to Financial Times, Russia has formed a 'shadow fleet' to circumvent Western oil sanctions by quietly amassing a fleet of over 100 aging tankers. The report came on the day EU and G7 decided to cap the price of seaborne Russian crude at $60 per barrel.

What I don't understand is why the cargo companies of EU would agree, not to ship Russian oil above 60$ ? They would directly lose their business with a major country (Russia) because of this.

Asian countries must price cap on western products and us must sell own oil at cheap rate for replace Russian oil.

Hungary has been given an exemption by the EU, so I'm guessing that the EU will purchase their oil via Hungary. 😉
