Two more things to note: 1. tips is not welcome in China. Don't give tips in restaurant or taxi. 2. Use the toilet for disabled if necessary or the "third restroom", which is for parents with their children. Most malls have this "third restroom" and they are usually vacant.

Great tips, guys! China, the only country where you need a visa, phone and to have completed a squatting exercise program to enter. I personally squat if I have to use the public facilities here in the west... because you really don't want your posterior touching any part of the porcelain throne.
