1 Mini cakes
INGREDIENTS 1 cup melted vanilla ice cream
1 packet instant hot cocoa mix
1 egg yolk Sugar
METHOD
Melt the leftover ice cream in the tub.
Add instant hot cocoa mix, an egg yolk and whisk.
Pour the mixture into two small ramekins.
Bake for 40 minutes at 162ºC (325ºF).
Add sugar on top to caramelize.
2 Dough balls
INGREDIENTS
1 packet instant hot cocoa Chocolate chips Biscuit dough 2 tbsp melted butter ½ cup hot cacao
Ziploc bag Oil spray Melted dark chocolate
METHOD
Cut dough disks in half.
Put chocolate chips on top, wrap them with the dough and form a ball.
Repeat the step until you get enough balls, put them in a zip-loc bag, sprinkle an envelope of hot chocolate and mix.
Add oil spray in a donut tray and put the balls in one-by-one to fill it.
Mix melted butter with liquid cocoa and pour it over the balls.
Bake for 30 190ºC (375ºF).
Pour melted chocolate on top.
