As a professional Dog Walker and trainer myself, I firmly believe that you should always have your dogs on leash and in control unless they have 110% recall. And it’s also true that threatening the life of a dog because it’s not controlled is absolutely ridiculous. So my simple advice to both parties is calm down, and what can we do better next time?
