Chicken Nuggets and Szechuan Sauce (Rick & Morty)

Ingredients
1/4 tsp Szechuan peppercorns
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 cups water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tso sesame oil
2 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp corn starch + 1/2 cup water
6 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice

Into sauce pan add water, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and cook 10 min on low heat, cover with lid and cook another 10 min. Strain the sauce. Combine corn starch with water, and add to the sauce with sugar and spices. Cook 5 min until thickened. Let sauce cool and add lime juice and vinegar. Enjoy. Taste is exactly the same!
