As someone who played the 3ds, I’ve always been looking for ways to get into the C stick. Never used it before. I’ve been complaining that it’s too hard to forward tilt out of a dash but I completely forgot you could use the stick!

This is awesome, i tried it out with other characters and i like the slight boost in range for the attacks it gives. But then i realized what this means. This means that there is now an additional 3 options for when you are running. Oh i cant wait for the mind games that happen because of this.

Worth mentioning that this works on item throwing too. Essentially since glide tossing is no longer possible this is the new way for characters like toon link to approach with items.

Dude you are just solving all the problems I'm getting with Ryu in the neutral, thank you so much, I was having to double dash toward the oponent to d-tilt to shoryu at a decent distance

You can also d-tilt/f-tilt while facing in the direction you’re running by pressing the c-stick in the top/bottom corner of the way you’re running
