Step 2: Start The Process!
- Find the order you need replaced and click "Redeem Lifetime Replacement" to start the process

Step 3: Send Us The Parts!
- Once you receive your new parts, just send us the old ones back in the new boxes

Step 4: Get ECS Rewards!
- Once your return is processed, you'll be given ECS Rewards points for the qualifying parts to use in future purchases

How does your program work? It sounds sketchy because you don’t offer a refund but give store credit not equivalent to the purchase price. Maybe I just don’t understand so please explain for all of us who wish to maybe do business with your company again.
