Is THS-II just for 2.0 liter engines or its new tech for all toyota's hv?

I heard rumor that this 2.0-liter hybrid system is capable of 180 hp? This would be great for reversing the sagging sales of the Prius brand, which has been suffering from weak acceleration in comparison to non-hybrid vehicles like the Corolla and Civic.

Will 2019 European Toyota Camry receive this new engine? I'm choosing probably again Mazda 6 but... 2.0 Hybrid would be a deal-breaker for me as many people (free parking which is expensive in a city and bus-pas) - 2.5 Hybrid has too high CO2 emission for this.
