Beautiful city but lack of maintenance, poor parking spaces until those cars parked on walkways, vandalism is an ugly sight and zebra crossings are not clearly marked. Worst of all, you can't see any traffic police to slow down traffic. Crazy right?

At least the street is clean, no homeless or beggars around. Better than in US....
