Fun fact: you have to cancel at the location you signed up at. Never sign up online, bc that makes it basically impossible to cancel. So keep track of where you sign up at 👍🏻

The person who I asked to cancel my membership, asked if I was going to another gym. I stupidly said "Yes, I am. It is closer". The man told me that he drives 30 minutes to work everyday, with a follow up question asking how far it was for me. I got mad, and told him that was none of his business. He just nodded, and laughed. Glad I canceled. Also, the man was super overweight, and trying to make fun of me for quiting the gym.

I’ve been a member of PF on and off for many years. When I cancel, I don’t mind if they ask why. Maybe they will fix the problem. I never had difficulty cancelling. I did the same with Crunch Fitness. They asked I was not satisfied. It was a great, brand-new gym walking distance from my home. It was so ridiculously crowded though even at 5 a.m. I couldn’t keep a sweat since I had to constantly alter my workout due to the amount of people. Then weekends it would be a fiasco. They always had something going on like vendors and events. I hated it. Drove by Saturday going to post office, I could see eight to ten people walking in at a time, no one really leaving. I’m so glad I left that jungle.
