The "upfront conclusion" is a refreshing approach. It negates the need to skip to the end of the video. Thumbs up.

I like the format of you presenting your conclusion early in the video and then giving the reasons for it. I usually watch the entire thing, and listen more attentively. Best wishes as you continue to grow your channel. You are a great resource for people interested in E-ink devices.

This is a great comparison. I love that you give the conclusion out front but end up watching your videos all the way through anyway to see how you arrived there.

Great video, I like the structure with the conclusion upfront! Smart!
I'm happy rM invented this product category! I was immediately sold on the original rM. It was so lovely to write more and still have all my notes with all the time.
When I found out about the rM2, it was an easy upgrade. But after using it for a few years, my notes started to get cluttered. Besides, I hardly read any books on my rM.
I bought a Kindle for reading, but the sluggish performance put me off.
Last year I learned about the devices from Onyx and Supernote, after watching many videos, I decided to go for the Boox Note Air 3 C. I'm happy with Android apps on an e-ink device, which automatically pushes me towards productivity and less towards procrastination. The frontlight has enabled me to read before going to bed.
I just realised an e-ink tablet is also ideal for kids. We used it together for playing chess games and solving puzzles.

Your videos are great. And e-ink is so underserved and is only getting bigger. I turned on notifications! Thanks

I am new to e ink. Never owned such devices but am now thinking of one . I use A4 note pads everyday . However, I use the different pads and often loose track of what is where . I wanted the Supernote A5 but it’s no longer available .

I want to write notes, have them all in one place and be able to read large form pdf. The Boox Note air 3 black and white was my next choice but the are out of stock every where . The boox note go looks like it might suit my needs and budget. Thanks for the great review

I so wish I had a need for this class of device. I'm obsessed with E-Ink...but I'm not a note-taker, so it would end up gathering dust.

I've swapped out the pen on the Go 10.3 for the Lamy pen. Now I don't have to worry about the magnetic tab. I just put the pen in my pocket.

I have had all three, returned remarkable and kept BOOX go 10 and Supernote nomad. I personally love the nomad though

I’m waiting for the next larger supernote to maybe replace my remarkable 2 or my scribe :)

This is by far the best channel for side-by-side comparisons. I love the way you’ve formatted these videos. Super helpful.

For someone looking to hand write long form documents, digitize them to text (hopefully without losing formatting like paragraph indentions or breaks), and send to another device, which would you recommend? Lots of people compare them as note taking devices… but I’ve yet to see someone review them as a journalist or novelist looking to replace paper notebooks for first drafts.

I’m interested in seeing how well each of these devices works in a wider environment. In particular, can you read and update your notes on a PC or Mac? No man, I mean no notebook, is an island 😂

I wish you covered more about the quality of files when exporting. For me this is a sketchpad. I had a Boox note plus, Fujitsu quadreno and I’m now on the remarkable 2. Right now my issue with the remarkable is that the latest updates just made things worse. When I trace lines over my rough drawings to clean up, it glitches. The exports were always low res, and instead of using my brush strokes it makes a low res raster image and I can either export that or a vector trace of the low res file losing a lot of detail. In the latest updates, it tries to make all my brush strokes as a layer. Ignoring the line work layer and tones layers. It’s rather frustrating.

Would love to know how the super note exports files and what’s the vector quality like. I’ve had a bad experience with Boox how their updates bricked my tablet last time, and honestly I have an iPad for those things. I just want a nice b&w sketchbook I can do my linework with. The remarkable is a wonderful tablet to draw on, but those exports need to be redone.

Great eBook picks! Immersive Translate, a web plugin, helps with translating them into different languages.

Regarding the problem with magnet for boox 10.3 what I do is stick the pen strap on to one side creating a tunnel and place my pin inside it just like a supernote. Works wonders and looks pretty cool

Using my Remarkable 2 now for over a Year on a daily basis and I still love it. It only could be a bit faster, turning pages, zooming and scrolling is not that much fun.
