I closed on my house right as the scam demic was getting started. Thank god I don’t have to deal with this mess. Got an amazing 2 bed 1 bath home with a huge yard in a great area and my mortgage is only $1300 per month.

I am all for individual homeowners being able to raise rent to match mortgage but apartment complexes should have a percentage cap per year. These complexes are owned by high companies that make tons of money and got bailouts for C19 because they have so many employees.

Well the bottom line it is easier on everyone if people just go to either a trade school and or get a degree in a demanding field then go with the minimum wage going up for those lazy enough not too! Everytime minimum wage goes up everything else does also mainly home rentals and home sales but fuel groceries and everything follows impacting everyone and not just those who will not get a trade nor degree. If everyone did get a trade or degree prices rarely skyrocket therefore nothing gets better for anyone who the trades and education is not achieved and politicians should offer more benefits for those truly wanting the education for themselves and families then agreeing to raise minimum wage.

It is a shame that this is occuring but employers must pay their staff more therefore everything is going up in price now and we are all starting to feel the pressure at the moment. I currently own two homes however one is in a hoa development in which the prices increased severely and yet my pay has not just yet which is not good. I am sure many of us are facing the same problem but employers need to make a certain amount profit on everything after paying their overhead, expenses and staff so it is not looking good for many. House sales has increased big time as the video has stated.
