Meringue:
5 pcs eggwhites
1 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 Tbsp Corn starch

Ube Yema:
5 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup ube haleya
1 Tbsp ube flavouring/ colouring (optional)
2 Tbsp butter

Bake at preheated oven at 170 degC for 15-18 mins or until golden brown
